Great news… you’re already doing it!
You have my permission to count this as your “1Thing”for today.

The first step is to consider doing something to make a positive difference for yourself, for a friend or family member, or for a complete stranger. It’s up to you. You can also do something for the entire world!This 1thing can be silent and invisible, or BIG and BOLD!

Take a few minutes (right now) to make a little list of some simple things that YOU can easily do today or tomorrow. Studies show that if you actually write things down, you’re 50% more likely to actually DO them!
